Project E Beauty 2 in1 Table Top O3 Ozone Facial Hair Steamer Home use Beauty Machine

I received a UK version 220V. I have been using this for a few weeks now on my hair and face and I love it. I had never heard of steaming your hair until a few months ago when I saw it on a TV show. I can't believe how relaxing it is and my hair looks a lot healthier. I read that using a hair steamer improves circulation and helps with hair growth and I do feel like my hair is getting longer, finally. I like that this is also a facial steamer so I don't need to buy another one. It has also helped with my acne and clogged pores so I haven't had to spend a fortune getting facials this year. I travel a lot so it's nice that it packs up easily and is portable so I can bring it with me on longer trips. It's like having a relaxing spa with me wherever I go...love it!!

Product arrived damaged, but very helpful customer care who sent me a replacement, after I sent pictures to prove damage on delivery. Could have been caused by delivery guys not being careful. Received a new non damaged one. VERY VERY good product. It steams great, and after 1 use my hair has definitely benefited it. I suffered from lack of hair reversal. I’ve got afro/curly hair. And with the steam my hair finally reversed. Good facial steamer too, fantastic actually. Although note, the hood is not movable, and due to that you may have to adjust your head a little to have steam reach the back of your head (but I understand that all portable steamers of this design have the same issue). I would definitely recommend! Good investment

Product was broken inside the box. Unfortunately I did not one box or assemble before return date. Seller ignored my questions. Complete waste of money because it was unusable. DO NOT BUY!

It is completely unusable. Two parts are missing

This is the US version and needs a transformer which costed about £40.00. Update, there is a picture posted by Wong saying that she have the UK version but looking at her sockets, they are not UK sockets. UK sockets are much larger that requires three pins. Plus an adapter does not change the output if the appliance needs more watts to perform. It is very important to use the correct item for power outage as these can caused fire hazards.
