A review from someone who isn't really an audio guy.Short version: They look and sound incredible. Buy them.Longer version: Apparently I've done everything wrong. I don't have a "listening room", I have these hard up against my fireplace, in my living room, in my little flat, with all the other cr*p from modern life around. They are connected to a 90s Wharfedale amp that I paid £20 for, and wired with whatever speaker cable the amp came with. They still sound amazing! I'm really impressed at how much difference I can hear over the Wharfedale bookshelf speakers I had before. Sound is strong and clear right through the frequency range right from very low volume all the way to "neighbours banging on the wall" volume. On top of that, they are the best looking speakers on the market IMO (I have the walnut finish). Certainly at this price point anyway. They are definitely worth your money!

Over the moon with these speakers. They arrived promptly and well packaged. Unpacking and set up was straightforward - make sure you use quality speaker cable. They sound awesome - every instrument stands out, voices are pure and the bass notes are stomach moving! Highly recommended as the output end of any hifi system worth listening to.

I wanted a detailed full range speaker set up and these are transformational. detailed and exciting whist pretty neutral. They're well built and look great. think you'd have to have a very big bank account to consider spending more because you'd have to build a stunning very expensing system and probably a new house with a specially designed listening room to warrant it. I'm in love with rediscovering my record/cd collection again. The cliché is if its well mixed it'll sound just as it should if it wasn't it'll sound just as it should

Superb punch and depth whilst not sacrificing high and mid clarity. Outstanding bang for buck. You will not be disappointed at this price point.

Wonderful sound. Elegant design. Replaced a much more expensive option and are much better than it.
