LOVE THIS WORKOUT MACHINE !!You definitely feel the burn on your thighs and glutes. On level 3 is even better. You don’t feel any burn in your tummy though so it really just targets your glutes and thighs. It’s stable to use and functions surprisingly well for the price. It saves storage space since it folds and you can basically put it away anywhere. It comes with an instruction booklet. Literally took me about 10-12 mins to build. Super easy I absolutely love it!! This is the third machine I buy from this merchant and it really does not disappoint. I’m beyond excited to continue using it and see improvements on my thighs and glutes. (:

I am 260 lbs and this machine is very sturdy. I have not been able to use a band yet, but I am 63 and still get a great workout and it gives me something to work toward. For me it is a challenge and I like that. Looking forward to seeing results. It wasn't hard to put together, I did it alone. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This machine is a great addition to my at home workouts. It came a week sooner than it was scheduled to arrive. Assembly was quick and easy. It is so easy to use and I found workout videos online to help develop routines. I noticed that I am sore in my glute, quad, back and arm areas after use. My knees are resistant to regular body weight squats but this makes it easier and doesn’t cause any knee pain. The machine is sturdy and simple to store. I have no regrets for this purchase.

Feeling the burn!! Easy assembly and it folds up for easy storage. I like the tension bands, so I can increase or decrease resistance level. Already lost 4 lbs.

Wow. I am literally in the middle of a workout, and I stopped to review this. BUY IT! I have a Total Gym that I have loved for decades. I was concerned this would be repetitive for squats. Sometimes I love being wrong. This is challenging! I love it. I am looking forward to feeling and seeing the results. Assembly was simple. Use the QR code and video. Walk in the park. I appreciate the price compared to other machines. Ladies, let's stay powerful! No offense to anyone, but I want women to be empowered.

I’ve been using this for a little over a month now. I started out at 252lbs and it handles my right just fine. I have a joint disorder so I have to do low impact exercises and this is perfect since regular squats are rough on my hyper-mobile joints.It’s sturdy but you do have to tighten the adjusting knob on the handles after heavy use, but once you tighten it, it’s fine for weeks.I use my machine 10-30 mins per day. It’s a great work out for your back, legs, glutes, and even your arms a bit. It’s quieter than I expected it to be.It was easy to assemble by one adult male. I love that it folds up. It fits in my closet and under bed easily.Definitely recommend as a home machine for someone who is just starting exercise!

Easy assemble. I put it together myself which is saying a lot. A few of the rubbers on the bottom of the legs came off. No big deal, other than that I’d recommend this to someone who wants to get a full body workout. 🏋🏾‍♂️
