This 150 x 90cm Irish flag is made of quite sturdy woven nylon that is thick enough to resist tearing better than most flag fabrics that I have come across. However, strong though this is, the flag as a whole is still quite lightweight and has no trouble flying.In addition to the field being made from strong fabric that is double stitched in a similar way to how jeans are constructed, the header is a strong tape up the hoist side which is even stronger.In both ends of the header are set strong brass eyelets (the grommets) that should hold it in quite a strong wind.This is a strong, well-made flag that should last.

I didn’t get it for a flagpole so cannot comment on its functionality for that. I am happy with this flag and would be happy to recommend it.

even though not retail packaged and doesn't fit on a pole and no attachments to fit anywhere. - its a big flag or poor quality, yet represents ireland, I used mine for the cemetery, due to its poor material.

A nicely made flag composed of individually double stitched panels as opposed to printed and practical brass mounting grommets, it will likely outlive me and generate more pride, now all I have to do is iron out the fold creases to avoid being called a fair weather patriot.

Well made in good quality Oxford Fabric, it is not one of those thin nylon flags, it is definitely a huge upgrade from those.Very nicely made, well sewn and grommets are perfect.What can I say? I've bought several flags before but not of this quality. This is not a budget printed polyester flag. It is made of a much denser heavyweight Nylon and rather than printed all the coloured sections are well stitched together. There is also reinforced stitching on the edges of the flag and it has brass grommets fitted.If you want a better quality flag then this is a great purchase.

Nice size Irish flag. Can’t wait to hang this up for St. Patrick’s day. Looks to be made of good quality materials.
