They are brilliant save you so much time and effort and looks better too.....but and its a massive but the silly thing comes off the axle and renders it useless so be very gentle also the handle is made of askeys Ice cream cones its extremely brittle so make sure you tape it up first. These could be made so much better.

My partner had his work bag with all his decorating tools in stolen so had to start again, bought these to replace the ones he had before. He said they work well getting into corners.

When this arrived I was very surprised as I wasn't expecting it to be so big (the roller end is as big as an outstreched hand!). This makes it a little unwieldy. The material used is also not suitable for the job, instead of the smooth surface of a regular paint roller, this looks like its made out of lots of pieces of string, making it impossible to get a neat finish and equally impossible to get good coverage when rolling into corners, which is what it is designed for. To add to this, it is not at all easy to wash clean (it takes forever!), and if it dries out (which mine did very, very quickly as it is made of string) it is ruined. I recommend sticking to a paint brush for corners, then using a mini radiator roller to avoid leaving brush marks.....much better!

I'm giving this a three star because it saves so much time when it comes to cutting the ceilings in but they don't last long at all very cheaply made

I bought one of these 2 years ago when I previously decorated my hall and was fantasic as on my roller pole it reached all the corners and coving I cannot reach without some kind of scaffolding, BUT bought a new one a week ago and the handle of the new one does not fit the pole properly (about 2mm to small) I did my best to force it onto pole and fully laden with paint as soon as I tried to use it the handle split and it came crashing down off the pole and has wrecked everything in its wake, doing about £2,500 worth of damage, mainly to carpets which were nowhere near the area being painted. So beware make sure the one you buy fits the pole properly before you try to use it!!!!!!

I've tried so many types of corner rollers, but this FIT FOR THE JOB Corner roller is in a league of its own.

about 3 years ago i made a mistake buying one of these from a diffrent retailer ( the minute i touched this roller i knew it was the same make) i swore never again reason being its meant for a water based products yet this has a soft centre cardboard maybe i never looked so after 2 hours working with it, it fell apart the inside goes soggy, there is other ones on the market i use with a hard plastic centre that last a year or so i use once every week for approx 8 hours and get a year or so, for trades men this is no good complete waste of money
