It was worth the money.
Work well and allow me to check for live wires before even touching it; it is easy to use, and I love the flash light function. Very good price for the functionality

Easy to use and works great.
I got this to help identify bad christmas light bulbs on a wreath. Worked perfectly for that. I've since used it for several other tasks and it's perfect. The two lights are nice as well: one in the back is like a mini flashlight and the one at the tip lights the work. That tip light really helped while working on the wreath.

handy and sensitive
This voltage tester is handy for basic electrical checks and the flashlight is a nice touch. However, it’s not always consistent in detecting lower voltage levels, and the buzzer can be a bit too sensitive at times. It works fine for general use but may not be the most reliable for detailed inspections.

Junk
This product is a piece of Chinese junk. Do not buy this product unless you have money to spend on worthless Chinese junk.This deserves negative stars. As a matter of fact this company should pay me for the crap they produce. Embarrassing that Amazon gives them market space.

Perfect for my needs....
Needed to repair my LED Christmas lights, a section quit working in the middle of the string. Watched a YouTube video in how to test. This worked perfectly. Like that it has 3 voltage modes, needed that for my testing and for future use. Great that it came with batteries too.

Batteries Go In Positive Side Up and the Instructions Don't Tell You
It's OK for the money but I was ready to throw it out. The batteries go in the opposite way of every other device. Positive terminals up. The instructions don't really tell you and there is no marking on the unit. "1. Open and close the tester". Finally, "7. Replace the battery". (There are 2 AAA facing up). Aside from the poorly written instructions it works as expected.
