I have been using this for several days. Though it it easy to get the upper gap over the dorsal vein, the pressure knob on the bottom easily slips off the urethra, resulting in leakage. I use the 3rd latch position; the 4th would be unbearable. The latch is hard to use with one hand, as the tangs go into a slot. A simple ratchet would be better. The bottom pressure adjustment knob is a good idea on paper, but I have found that it loosens itself with use over several hours. It should have more internal friction.

Tired several, this one gives the best cóisire and pressure options. Provider should advise users NOT to wait if urge to urinate increases during wear. Release as soon as possible to avoid potential for UTI

I wore the clamp for 2 hours Saturday for the first time after receiving late Friday 10 January without any pain compared to the common rectangle foam padded clamp in which cannot be worn more than 1 hour.When wearing on Sunday morning after 1/2 hour the clamp was slipping and when opening up the left upper silicon pad fell off and does not remain attached.

It is lightweight, and after 30 seconds of wearing it, I hardly knew it was on. The UI clamp is adjustable on the side as well as on the bottom. A word of caution: the bottom adjustment is just a quarter turn from the minus sign (-) to the plus sign (+) on the clamp. Overturning this will break the adjustment. The foam is soft but firm enough to do the job. Make sure you are over something like a toilet when you release it, as it will come gushing out if you have anything there. Lastly, remember to release it every few hours so you don’t have it back up inside, causing other issues.

Product is very good, small issue in engaging and disengaging the clasp, it’s too early to give a proper opinion if it’s functionality, I hope in coming days I can figure a easy way to work the clasp, the positive is thatIt’s gentle and well padded while wearing it and it does not interfere with daily chores, and tiny amount of leakage, I like it

I have worn this for 8 days now thinking it I might become use to the fit. I have been wearing a clamp for over 5 years now and this is the most uncomfortable one I have ever purchased. The rubber cusions are hard rubber. On several occasions i have had to remover it due to skin being rubbed raw. I would not recomend purchasing this clamp.
