Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro with Bird’s Eye View and 3D Motion Detection, White

I just installed this device at my cabin and I’m very pleased. Easy to install, mounts nicely. Easy to adjust, and the image is great. The app is user-friendly and the sound from the device is good. It’ll be nice to monitor my place while I’m not there, especially since I’m having a workshop built and now I can watch the progress.

This Ring wired floodlight camera is awesome. It does exactly what I expected it to do, which is always good when buying any product. I do a lot of handyman and diy projects around the house and so I install, wire, remove, upgrade, etc all kinds of products from many different companies. By far, Ring products are the MOST user friendly tech products I’ve ever used. Functionality, viewing angle, night vision, motion sensor, and all other features are great. But to me, the installation process for a wired product couldn’t be any easier. One small feature that is incredibly useful is the little hook they have on the mounting plate so that you can hang the camera/light on the hook and then have both hands to connect the wiring. Simple genius. Highly recommend.

This is our second Ring Floodlight Camera. It was left with our former home and we needed to purchase a new one for our new home. One of the things that I found interesting was that the previous version of this camera, once installed, required that we go up on the ladder in order to reset it (due to where it was placed on the garage). With this camera, this is not the case. Once we installed the Ring Chime Pro (with ease) and then set up this camera with the app, it all went very smoothly. My wife stated that there was a firmware update which took about 10 minutes but once that was done, it installed without a hitch.Being that we are former Ring customers, it was a no-brainer for us, to purchase this camera and install it in our new home due to our previous experience wiht other Ring products we had in our former home such as the Ring Security system, Ring Floodlight Camera, Ring Chime, and a Ring Wifi Camera for the interior of our home. Exceptional Buy. Clarity on Camera is excellent. Features are updated. Two-way speakers, Birds Eye View, motion Detection, lights on or off by the simple click of a button from your device. SOS capabilities to direct link to your emergency services. Style is sleek and perfected.

This Ring unit works well. I'm disappointed the unit was not LED. The video quality is great, covering my entire front yard the zoom feature and intercom works well. I did not like the fact that after the 30 day trial I could not record activities in my yard without a subscription

Works great. Nice sharp video. I hung mine on the eave of the house for the backyard. The hook that holds the camera so you can connect the wires is guineous. I don't know how I would have hung it without it.

I've invested a lot of money in Ring products, I've come to the conclusion that they're unreliable, poorly designed junk, don't waste your money. Update: Ring reached out to me to help resolve my issue. Jessica, an Executive Community Support Representative, personally saw to it that I received the attention to fix the problem. A new replacement camera was quickly sent and after the initial phone call from Jessica, she followed up with several emails to keep me updated with shipment tracking and making sure the new camera was operating correctly. She restored my faith in Ring with exceptional customer support.

Ring does it again!Unboxing a ring product reminds of unboxing an Apple product. Well made and the presentation is fantastic.Ring’s products are super easy to install, and the directions are about as simple as can. This camera comes with everything you need to install it (multiple bolt lengths, wire connectors, multi-use screwdriver).Install took all of 10-15 minutes. It powered up and connected immediately.Highly recommend any ring product!
