This is great! No more knives in the drawer cutting your fingers when you reach for them and dulling the blades. It is pricey but made of high quality stainless and the magnet is powerful. We are using it for small utensils so cannot attest to how it would work for heavier knives.

The design is simple. It's easy to install and it works well. Magnet is strong enough to be used in an RV with all the bouncing, etc. A couple of the heavy knives moved slightly but nothing fell off during the trip. Great price for a very sturdy and strong magnetic knife holder.

I use this particular one that I ordered for my knives and attach it to my refrigerator since it’s magnetic it works both sides and there’s no screws needed. I also have one that I use in my sewing room to hold my scissors. This is such a great concept for space saving especially if you live in an apartment. I would recommend it to anyone. I bought two of these - each a different length. Together, end-to-end, they take up most of the side of my refrigerator. They're attractive and blend well with the stainless steel look of my kitchen appliances. The magnet is strong enough to hold my knives (including a large meat cleaver), and to not move as I remove individual knives. Recommended.
