I love these pedal plate adapters. They allow me to take a quick ride to the coffee shop on the Pinarello without having to put on my full cycling kit and shoes, or (even worse) swap out my Look pedals. Just stick in these plates and you’re off! Have a longer ride later on? They pop back off in seconds so you can use your cycling shoes/cleats. Brilliant!

Does what it says. Converts Clipless pedals to flat pedals. I used the PDLKeo on my pink ISSI Road pedals. Gave them a test run in flip flops. Worked but don’t recommend flip flops. These are exactly what I need while recovering from a sprained ankle since the unclipping aggravates the injury however the pedaling motion does not. Yes the doc told me to rest but I’m tired of resting and ready to ride.

I have Assioma power meter pedals, which work with Look KEO cleats. These covers DO work with the Assioma pedals, and the instructions seem appropriately written (turn resistance all the way down on pedal, snap in like the shoes, slide the cover off sideways) but these covers are not at all easy to get on or off. They fit really, really, tight. They meet my needs for the occasional time someone needs to use my spin bike without cycling shoes, but I won't be using them often.

They fit perfectly in my Keo carbon blade pedals. Haven’t tried to take them out yet; seems difficult.

The plates will fit into Assioma if you follow the instruction correctly. Once installed, like the other reviewer said the plates fit very tight, making them impossible to be removed with bare hands. I was able to remove the plates by prying with a nail cutter.When installed, the contact area for placing your feet is very small, and the pedals will only have one side available for pedaling. Therefore, although these kinda serve their purpose I don't feel very comfortable riding with those plates.

Wife likes to ride sometimes without being clipped in. This is perfect! Kids are also able to ride when she not on her bike

The pedal cover is too small and comes off if your are trying to fit it to Look Kleo pedals. I had to glue and extra piece of plastic to increase the length. It is still loose. For the price I expected a product that worked. I am highly disappointed. Delivery took forever too. Don’t waste your money with this product.

It did not fit Favero Assioma pedals even though they accept Look Keo Cleats.

Lended one of my bikes to a friend that barely do cycling. And these adaptors saved all the hassles to change the pedals.And they were very easy to install and uninstall.

Provide a small but stable flat platform which allow you to ride in normal shoes. I wouldn’t use them for long rides are they are quite small but they’re great for shorter trips.I have my pedals release tension set at max so they are slightly challenging to clip in by hand however it is possible, they have a hole to allow a metal rod (long Allen key recommend) to be inserted and used as a lever to help remove. Don’t naturally hang with the platform right way up so have to place your foot on the correct side of the pedal.
