This is by far the best $20 I have spend for my kitten! It’s given me sleep since she can play by herself at 4:30 in the morning!! She plays with this so much every day and seems to be her favorite.Positives: The battery lasts a long time on interactive mode (yellow). I’ve had to charge it about once a month and she plays with it for hours every day. Also the sound is mutable or it would have been trashed a long time ago lol.Cons: The feather isn’t as durable as I’d hoped but they do sell replacements. It does not come with any. But she’s a kitten and plays rough. Also it slides a lot on wood floors or rugs. But again she plays rough and loves running across the room and pouncing and it will slide. Almost like a little kid sliding in socks on a wood floor. The only reason I care is that it gets bunched up and the feather can’t spin and I have to straighten it up.

Got this for my 2 cats in December...it's now May and they still play with it every day! They LOVE this!! Straight out of the box they played with it for like an hour straight. I leave it on the motion activated mode and every so often they walk by, set it off and play! It makes a cute noise, but I've occasionally had to put it in the closet to keep them from setting it off and playing in the middle of the night. One of them bit off the feather part, but that doesn't' seem to bother them, just the movement inside makes them go nuts. If you want to keep your kitties occupied, this is the toy!

I have a cat who was an indoor/outdoor community kitty who we adopted. After she came back one day limping I made the decision to stop letting her out of the house when she would endlessly cry and run around.Im not exaggerating when I say I've been trying for years to help keep her engaged with a toy and tried a lot of different options. So I was really surprised that this toy has kept her quiet and her attention during her fits to let her our of the house.Thank you so much for this wonderful product, lightweight but strong enough to withstand my cat grabbing at end and pulling it. Great value for the fact that she has now something to do when she wakes up and keeps her entertained. Thank you again

What a fantastic toy! I have three cats and they've been circling this and super-engaged from the moment I turned it on. Normally, they have an initial curiosity with anything new but move on quickly. It's been over 20 minutes. and none can take their eyes (or paws) off it. I've already ordered a second one for a friend. Best $23 I spent in a long time!

This is plasticized cloth, like a cheap tablecloth, not real fabric. The shape is three rounded lobes, about a yard across, lightweight, and easy to pick up. The same material is attached to the bottom, so the mat works even on thick carpeting. The teaser is a flexible plastic rod with feathers that peak out between the mat layers, and a sturdy string that whips around as the rod moves. There are three settings: regular (turns itself off after 5 minutes of no play), faster (also turns itself off after 5 minutes of no play), and faster, but turns itself off after 30 seconds. Each level is color coded with led lights. The fourth level is the off switch. It makes intermittent squeaky noises that can be turned off. The mat is very sensitive, and turns on easily with any touch. The rod moves erratically, sometimes going all around, sometimes sliding back and forth, sometimes pausing, etc. The led flashes red when it needs to be charged, and green when it's finished charging. The button for changing modes, and the port for charging are covered with a flexible rubber stopper. This has turned out to be an excellent value for a reasonable cost. I can leave it on all day, and the cats play with it when they want. The charge has lasted past 3 days (turned off at night). It's big enough that more than one cat can play at the same time. So far it's stood up easily to claws, and occasionally teeth. It's a good addition to my collection of rechargeable cat toys.
