RockTapeBlister Prevention and Treatment Kit for Blisters Hot Spots and Chafing

I bought this kit for a trip to Alaska I was taking with hiking boots I didn’t have a chance to properly break in. This product lasted all day on excursions and I didn’t have any chafing or blisters in the spots where the boots rubbed. I will absolutely be buying again.

I am a repeat customer, if that is worth anything. I use this on both feet and ankles, almost wrapping up my feet to avoid blisters when I hike. This rock tape is very comfortable and got me twice to Camp Muir (the highest elevation achievable on Mount Rainier without need for mountaineering equipment). I’m absolutely no pro, so that is quite an achievement for me and for the tape haha. Never had even one blister with this, even if my feet actually felt really sore inside the boots, it was mostly because of the strenuous effort and not because there was any skin breakdown. Saved a couple of other hikers in our group as well, since I always carry extra and am the first to recommend if someone feels their boots are acting up. Different lengths allow different positioning, but you can easily cut it as needed with a pair of scissors you’re sure to have in your first aid kit, and the fabric stretches quite nicely. Full disclosure, you might get some glue stuck to the skin around the edges, but I’ll say that it is the same or less than what you get with a band-aid. Will keep coming back to this!

I have two spots that will get blisters in all different hiking shoes I have tried. I finally gave up on finding a pair that wouldn't cause blisters and instead use these and have not gotten a blister since. Now I can concentrate on other aspects of a hiking shoe when I have to buy them other than worrying about those two spots.

Tape stretches nicely to cover area and lays flat. Lasts entire hike even when feet get wet. Always have a supply.

This saved me from blisters while hiking the Grand Canyon! I am prone to blisters on the balls of my feet and didn’t end up with any while using this. I am so thankful I had it and will be buying more!

Really happy with my purchase. Stays on well, even through a shower of needed. Easy to remove, doesn't rip skin. Easy to cut larger strips I to smaller strips of needed. Prevents blisters and rubbing extremely well. I do wish it wsnt so expensive.

Granted the heel is a difficult spot but this tape did not stay stuck.
