I really like this water filter. Easy to use and the water tastes great. It's great that the alkaline filter balances the minerals after the reverse osmosis process.

It is not bad but water tastes like plastic if it sits in the internal tank for 10min.

The media could not be loaded. The design is simple and straightforward. No installation needed. The water tank can hold up to 6L of water, definitely enough for daily use. The water taster better after filtering, which is what I am looking for. Can save a lot of money from buying bottle water

Water taste great and machine is nice. Be sure to remove the plug on the water outlet before using. I used it with the plug in and now it’s leaking.

So I bought this back in December of 2024. Was workk g fine but now where the filtered water comes out it continuously drops. I've turned it off, unplugged it, drained ALL the water out and started fresh and it still drips. I don't know how to fix it....any suggestions will help....everything works great I e had some issues but I have fixed them myself. I love this water filter. Helped my lose weight

Great water filter, much preferred over the previous pitcher type water filters I used in the past. Easy to set up and use, water tastes great too. Honestly great value for what you're getting.

I do not usually write reviews but this product has earned this review. I purchased this about a week ago - I actually have pretty bad tap water in LA, and we normally go with bottled water from grocery store. With the RO filtration system, I believe we can stop purchasing bottled water and the filter water taste just as good, if not better. I now am using this machine for most of my water including cooking and making coffee. Highly recommend. Easy to set up.. easy to use.
