So happens that the first GEEKOM IT1 Mega AI Mini PC 14th Gen Intel Ultra 9 185H to arrive was a boat anchor. DOA, as in Dead On Arrival. I plugged everything up and NO SIGNAL on my new monitor. Worst part I was left to wonder if I hadn't held my mouth right. Had no clue, really. I can only imagine that happening to someone with no computer saavy. Well, being that it was the weekend and their SUPPORT wasn't working I went ahead and got Amazon Support on the blower and the nice guy went ahead and shipped me another GEEKOM IT1 Mega AI Mini PC 14th Gen Intel Ultra 9 185H. It arrived in a couple of days and holding my breath I hit the old turn on button and wah-lah WE GOT SCREEN!!!! Wow!!!!! I was turning blue! Jeez!Well you noticed that I gave my brand new GEEKOM IT1 Mega AI Mini PC 14th Gen Intel Ultra 9 185H five stars. I gotta say that I'm as happy as a pig in slop. My five year old Dell which actually came in with two broken back legs to start with, poor thing, was just huffing and puffing too much anytime I felt like doing video or fooling with Photoshop. My new GEEKOM IT1 Mega AI Mini PC 14th Gen Intel Ultra 9 185H, on the other hand LOVES video. I craved for CapCut to tell me it was ok to work with full resolution video and guess what? IT DID!!! This tiny little box is amazing...and for an old computer person like my humble self...completely incomprehensible. I LOVE it!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!

I'm quite impressed. This small computer is quite powerful and even handles rendering of videos quite well. The quality of the unit itself, the packaging, etc. is all even better than I expected. My only complaint (albeit a small one) is the fan noise is rather loud. It is much louder than my desktop computer was so taking that into concern is important. I record videos so I am having to make some arrangements to dampen the sound. Otherwise, extremely well pleased.

Excellent computer, I couldn't be happier with this new purchase! Excellent mini computer, very well built inside and out. Exceptional Customer Service that really care about their customers.

It can handle a 4tb m2 drive

I had no problems setting up this mini desktop computer, except for having to change the title of my Google WiFi in order to connect to the internet! I have not used it much after setup due to personal issues, but soon I will give it my full attention and perhaps I will be able to make more intelligent comments. By the way. the computer was left outside my apartment, again in very wet weather, and this was the second time Amazon has done this to me.

My first order came with the wrong electrical plug, but the reorder was just fine.It could not be simpler. Plugged in my monitor, my lan, the usb receiver for my keyboard and mouse, and turned on the power. I haven't even needed to move my old tower, this sits beside it so all I need to do is swap cables if I need something off the old machine. My morning routine used to take a long time, and the CPU was running at 100% for at least half an hour. The Geekom never went over 20%. Everything just works. Even the case is impressive, solid and sleek for a basic squat cube. It is perfectly silent unless the fan is running, and then it makes little noise.I haven't yet tried all the features it has, but what I need works perfectly.

Added 1TB extra 2242, did the 64GB RAM replacement. Had to use AI to search for info on installing the SSD. Disk Management to setup. Good so far, there is a delay to start. I unplug power replug and it will turn on. More info later.
