There are no directions, so after realizing the brush had no product on it I finally figured out that the other end had to be pulled off to disclose the pencil. It also is operated by turning the bottom like a propelling pencil. Once that was done it was great. Worked like a charm.

This pencil glides on easily. I like that the spooly end lid is clear

This is a good eyebrow shaper pencil by Max Factor. It is a very thin with the pencil at one end and a spoolie brush at the other. I picked the blonde colour which is very light, unlike some blonde shades which lean more towards dark blonde.I like that it is buildable so you can decide how thick you want to have your eyebrows. I know a lot of people like really thick brows but I am not a fan of that on myself so it is good to find something that allows you to have more natural looking brows which suit me better as I am quite pale.I am happy with the pencil and I would get it again. The staying power is good, it is easy to apply and get the look you want.

I love this as Just received it and first time for me. This is just right size, not hard not too soft, not smuggy, why I didn't know this before. I will repeat buying this again.

I'm writing this review to remind myself not to order this again from Amazon.I've ordered twice before and always forget the fact that it arrives with huge label stuck over the lid to the pencil end. Very annoying and time consuming trying to peel it off, then once off, leaves a horrible sticky residue.Won't be ordering again from Amazon.Eyebrow pencil is usual Maxfactor brow shaper.

It’s easy to apply and more affordable than the similar one I’ve been spending a fortune on for years and now costs £30!
