I owned the model before this one; I can't remember the exact one. It was a Bebird, but I have been using this one for a while now, and it works so well. It's way better than previous the model and definitely better and safer than Q-tips. I can actually see what it's getting out of my ears on my tablet using the app. Seriously, my ears have never felt cleaner. It bends and has different tips, but I really only use the flat, scooped one mostly. I love the case. Highly recommend!

This was extremely easy to use! You turn on the device, connect to its wifi, and open the app. That’s basically it! It worked disgustingly well. Seeing all of the ear wax in my ears was gross, but my ears ended significantly cleaner than they began! Seeing that deep into your ear is kind of weird and very fun. I’m surprised how well this worked for its low cost.

This is a great product! I had a small hair stuck in my ear for a couple of months that other ear tools couldn't get out, and the tweezers in this kit finally got it out!! Super easy to use and came charged already.

It works but the connection didn’t connect to my iPhone. I see the large build up of ear wax. I keep it for in case.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!I bought this product as an upgrade from a 20$ ear camera I bought a while ago. The first few uses were fine other than the the product becoming hot sometimes (but this wasn't the deal breaker). I'm currently dealing with a pretty severe ear infection and a reduction in my hearing. I'm on antibiotics and wanted to see how it was clearing up. I used one of the attachments, stuck it in my ear and was trying to scoop out the rest of the gunk. The component on the end of the product somehow unscrewed or fell off in my ear and I was unable to get it out for several hours. Frantically trying everything i could do to remove the piece from my ear I was eventually able to screw it back on partially and it was enough to remove it from my ear. This product is not safe and I would definitely not recommend sticking it or any of it's tiny little counterparts in your ear. I wish I took a picture of it broken off in my ear and trying to fish it out but my hands were shaking so bad thinking I was going to the Emergency Room. I will be returning this product 1000% and I have thoroughly learned my lesson on sticking crap like this in my ear. Good luck to anyone who buys this product.

I purchased this ear cleaning set and when I received it I was REALLY surprised. It's VERY NICE. It comes in a nice elegant case , has lots of extensions like tweezers, sponge ear spoons , silicone ear spoons , lens brush, elastic ear spoon and even more ! It also has a protective slide that goes on just so you don't go to deep into your ear canal. And to my surprise it came with a tongue depressor as well. It was easy to connect you just go to your wifi and connect it from there on your phone, easy as 1 2 3 . The pics are clear and it's super easy to operate!!! This is IMO totally worth the money

It saved my hearing, I have struggled with wax buildup all my life. It has always been traumatic to have wax removed from my ears due to the pain it causes. This thing is gentle and allows me to remove wax without being rushed. The camera is very clear with high resolution. I recommend this very highly
