No drilling!
I put these on my 2019 Ford F-250. I spent a lot of time reading and getting familiar with the directions first. From start to finish it took about three hours to complete. I can’t say it was easy and simple but definitely doable. Called the local RV shop to ask them what they would charge for labor only. $625. Ridiculous. Don’t be intimidated, just get the wrenches and get busy.

Perfect Fit for 2020 F250 Crew Cab with factory hitch.
Easy install on the back. I could not break the bolts on the front loose with my impact so took to my local automotive shop to install since they have lift. Only took them about an hour and the fit was perfect.

Good design, pretty good parts.
The good: Design is great.The bad: Most of the 5/8 grade 5 nuts required tapping because they were defectively milled. This would not be a big deal normally, but 2 of the bolt heads are more than a foot deep in square tubing (they supply a star washer so you shouldn't need a super long extension), but multiple extensions are needed to hold the bold because most of the nuts do not spin on without tapping. Either way, if you tap the nut to make it smooth, or use multiple extensions to hold the bolt, the hardware provided was not for the average joe without uncommon equipment to get it done.
