Bought this for carp fishing, after a brand new Rogue broke and 3 other bought either too heavy or quite uncomfortable to use for a whole day.I am over the moon. They are light weight, really good for carp - caught 15 lbs carp on this and pulled it out - no probs.Also used for mackerel fishing. Cannot praise this enough. Excellent rods, absolutely amazing.

Lightweight, can distance cast, great action, brilliant. 16lb 2Oz is the biggest so far on these rods and it handled it with ease. For the price you can't go wrong.Just as an edition: I've just purchased a pair of Sonik Vader X rods, that are outstanding for the price but I can honestly say these Hunter Pros aren't that far behind and a lot cheaper.

I like these rods suit me so they are now the main in my collection for carp fishing.You don't have to spend a fortune to get a decent rod.These are solid not had them long but had a few carp on them.

I used them for pike and i landed a 27 pounder with ease great rods really like them super value for their price

Carp caught up to 22lb so far. Handled great, ca t wait to try heavier fish.
