The product worked fine, it was unfortunately just too small to handle what I needed it to thanks to a much more humid than originally thought basement.It collected some water from the basement, but I opted to go for a more-expensive 3,000 square foot dehumidifier to solve my nearly 70% basement humidity.My basement with crawl space is about 800 square feet. Even though advertised at 1,000 square feet, it just didn’t have the muscle to even make a dent in that kind of humidity.If I have a 250-500 square foot space I needed covered, I think this would do a great job.

After running this for five hours in a damp room, there was less than 2 oz of water in the tank. For the price, I was not expecting this to be great, but I was at least hoping it would work well enough for a 120sqft room. The specs say it can pull 118oz of water out of the air per day, there is no way that is correct. I know that is under the ideal conditions, but that would mean the room I put it in would have pulled less than 10oz in a day and therefore was operating at 8% of what the specs say.Do not waste your money.

I can't praise this dehumidifier enough. We had a small leak in our camper so I ordered this in the hopes it would get rid of some of the moisture. And it works! It auto shuts off in case the cup gets too full, in our case it filled up the cup twice within 2 days. Whisper quiet and easy to use, I highly recommend this dehumidifier

Takes 2 inches of water out of my bedroom a week. I’ll be ordering another for the bathroom, works great, looks great, not too big and the water trays easy to take out and in just don’t be aggressive to not spill when you pull it out. I hope it lasts a long time, we will see!

I would definitely not buy this product. It was working the best and at the moment it began to beep and an error code (E1) came out. I looked in safari that could be how to fix it and nothing. I did the steps of unplugging for seconds and I kept doing the same thing. If I could give 0 stars to this product I would do it without thinking ... not recommended 👎🏻

This is the one! After using it for a few days, I can definitely say it works great. I had returned a smaller dehumidifier that couldn’t handle my whole apartment, but this one covers the space perfectly. It’s super quiet, the large water tank means I don’t have to empty it constantly, and the humidity monitor is really helpful. The 7-color LED light is a nice little bonus. Totally worth it!

We have issues with humidity and picked this up to try to help. The monitor has shown an improvement, and the dehumidifier pulled a full reservoir out of the air in just a few days.

I really wanted to love this dehumidifier. It is compact and looks nice. It is NOT quiet as the description claims, however. I purchased this to run in a bathroom, and I could hear it running two rooms away. I wish that the humidity % trigger for automatic shutoff was configurable. It will automatically shutoff when the humidity reaches 45%, a level that is unachievable in central Florida. If I could have configured it to a higher value, I might have kept the unit, knowing that I only had to hear it for an hour or so after a shower. I am returning it.
