Ideal sweetner
If used in baking it will make the batter rather dark. I use it in my homemade coffee creamer, in desserts and as a substitute in cooking when sugar or molasses is called for. It will not spike blood sugar as much as other sweeteners. It is rather pricey if used in baking because of the amount used and the bottle is small. Clean product.

Yummy date syrup
Have been using Date Lady date syrup daily for several years. It is my favorite date syrup brand. Use it to sweeten my morning oatmeal and also drizzled over my almond butter on english muffins or toast. Healthier than using sugar sweetened jam. This is a great, tasty, organic sweetener simply made from dates and water and nothing else.

Great syrup, stellar choice
This is definitely a great choice for a natural sweetener! Good nutrition, good for your health, tastes really good, mixes well. So why not 5 stars? Economy. Plain and simple, this should be more economical. I would purchase again but I may look around to try another more reasonable brand. This one does have a great taste and reputation though.

Used in baking, dressings, or on top of peanut butter toast. Love that it is a healthier option for sweetener.

Best date syrup
Arrives in good condition.. smooth sweetness with good viscosity. Easy to use squeeze bottles. Costly but worthwhile quality. Better then other date syrups I've tried.

Great Sugar Substitute
I enjoy the Date sugar substitute. Tried Stevia but did not work for me. One tablespoon in my coffee suffices. I have purchase it three times!
