Q: how do I use this product in the Breville tea kettle? There are no directions!

BREVILLE KETTLE CLEANER Directions for use: 1. Add 125ml of Breville Kettle Cleaner or other descaling solution to 2 litres of water. 2. Fill kettle with mixture on a protected surface. 3. Bring kettle to boil and let stand for 30 minutes. 4. Clean spout by using a cloth dampened with Breville Kettle Cleaner and rub well, then wipe off. 5. Bring the kettle to boil for a second time, then empty solution. 6. Fill kettle with fresh water and bring to the boil, discard boiled water. Your kettle is now ready to make your next cup of tea/coffee.

Q: Is there a safety data sheet for this product? how may i acquire it?

You would need to email the MFG to get a product info sheet. However, One cap full of the solution is plenty to do the cleaning' Be sure to double or triple rinse the coffee maker and you will be OK.

Q: How much of the solution should be used in a K15 single cup brewer? Should it still be half the bottle or a lesser amount?

I wasn't sure so I used a whole bottle since mine was about a year old and had never been descaled. My son has the same brewer, uses the Keurig brand and used half a bottle. Both came out about the same. Next time I will use a half bottle and if it doesn't show an improvement I'll use the second half. My guess is that unless it is really bad you can probably use the 1/2. Wish I could give you a better answer.

Use half bottle for each time you descale and follow the instructions for descaling of your machine. It is usually 1 to 1 dilution. Also you can search YouTube for descaling instructions for your specific machine. Everything is on YouTube nowadays.
