I like the taste of these. They dissolve quickly in water and help with rehydration. I actually just use them as a rerfreshing drink. Not the cheapest but based on research and recommendations , good quality ingredients.

Great for post workout water haters
I work out most days and was looking for something to help replenish after the workout - and I hate water!I get the blackcurrant flavour as the taste is as natural as it can be for this type of product. It takes a bit of time to dissolve so I make it before the workout to drink afterwards. It helps keep the post workout headache at bay.Also great after a night out (or a good night in - which is more accurate at my age!).However, one star knocked off for how much the price varies. I have these in my ‘save for later’ basket and check their price when I’m buying other products. When it’s £5 I grab them but otherwise I leave it as the price does go up quite a bit.

Doesn't tast mediciney
Bought as a precaution in case of an upset tummy on a recent holiday. However, because of some less than attractive sanitary conditions I didn't drink as much as I should have and suffered the consequences. I soon learned that at the end of a day's travelling I could plop 2 in a glass of water and feel much better in a few minutes. They don't taste too bad either - especially if you chug the whole glass!

Loved it until they changed it
I wanted to try the strawberry flavour but with the lemon being so much cheaper I thought I'd give it a shot. My skin has been very dry recently especially after exercise. I've started taking two directly after exercise or before bed.Before I got these I had a headache for three days, I drank water, took pain killers but no relieve. 20 mins after taking these my headache went away.A week later and my skin is miles better and I have a little more energy.Taste isnt the best but I down it in one go so who cares.UPDATE:Caved and got the strawberry ones, omg they taste so good. So good that I'm not sooooooo angry that they cost so much more than their flavour counterparts. Im going to get the 4 pack of 24 nowUPDATE 2: 2 stars have been removed.They changed the flavour of the strawberry ones. The packet I got sent had a little strawberry on the packaging and the colour was a darker red. It now tastes more chemically (like a stronger fake flavouring) and it doesn't fizz as well. Really disappointed as I started buying the multipacks as I drink this a couple times a day.Its not hugely worse but when the other version was so good, it's almost a a question of why change it at all.
