Waste of Money
After receiving the product immediately connected for data transfer from my laptop to External Harddisk (USB A Ports) for the first 5 mins it is fine and smooth after 5 mins it's disconnected and started misbehaving.Connecting and keep disconnecting on its own.I connected it to thunderbolt 4 ports only.First I thought there may be problem with the ports on laptop.So, Checked with remaining USB C ports on laptop and the same issue has been repeated.So, checked with other laptop and by changing cables also still same issue is repeated.Immediately requested the amazon customer care for return and replacement of product and waiting for the replacement product.

Uselessly Expensive!
Seriously, don't buy this product at all (unless you have 12k lying around which you want to waste anyway). This device looks very premium in images but in reality it doesn't. It just feels like regular plastic hub. Anyways the main purpose for a hub is to transfer files, right? Well... it did that for quite a while and now it doesn't (2 months to be exact). My iPad stop recognizing it. I mean a 500 buck USB-C to USB-3.1 is doing fine and this good for nothing product is out of his job. And the plus point, there is no customer service in India. Well done Satechi! Now all your money is gone forever.Please note that Satechi has no service centers in India. If you really want be disappointed go ahead and buy this. Wish we could give negative ratings too!

low quality
This is a good product to use for 2-3 months. After that it begins to give problems like frequent disconnection. Its not as durable as it seems in the picture. Memory cards are not read at all after 2 months of use.

Monitor is detected but HDMI signal is not.
Does not work with MBP 16". Let me know if there is a workaround, I have tried whatever is available on google.

Very good quality, known brand. Expensive.
For what it is, a bit expensive. For its reputation, build quality and utility, is why i bought it anyway. I have worked with many projects that have used hundreds of these and they swear by them never failing or have very occurrence rate of issues.Bought for business travel purposes and so far has never let me down for equipment testing purposes.

Très pratique et esthétique.
Je cherchais un adaptateur multifonctions compatible avec un MacBook et je suis satisfaite de mon achat du 14 janvier 2023. Il fonctionne très bien. Je peux y connecter jusqu'à 3 clés USB ou disques dur externe. Il y a 1 port USB-C, HDMI, un accès Ethernet et 2 ports de cartes SD, une petite et une grande. De plus, j'ai pu l'assortir à la couleur de mon MacBook.Il existe en gris foncé et gris clair, mais aussi en couleur argent. Je suis vraiment ravie de mon achat.

Werkt probleemloos
Ik gebruik de hub met een iPad Air 5. Die heeft slechts 1 usb C aansluiting, wat wel erg weinig is. Ik kan nu goed uit de voeten met deze hub: heeft weliswaar 3 usb A 3.0 aansluitingen, maar dat is voor mij voldoende.
