Yours safe locker is good. Master lock is good, electric lock is good, repassword settings is good. Iron sheet is good, inner and outer thieves can not break it. But the small items which cost is very less were missing with product. 01 pencil cell and 02 bolts. However nothing much value but these missing waste time of buyer. This is need to be inspect before delivery. I do not know how many customer suffer this issue. Therefore I am bringing this issue in your notice. I know Ozone safes are of top quality as I have been using one for more than 20 years now. When my old safe's keypad stopped working, I had no hesitation to buy a new Ozone safe. This time I chose a smaller safe as I am still using the old safe with the emergency keys provided. The new safe is working fine. It is so simple to install I did it myself. I am very happy with the safe and hope that this safe will also give me long trouble free service

Pros:Beautiful design, good storage space, easy to operate (locking and unlocking only), strong frame, intelligent shock sensors and loud anti-theft alarm, impressive LCD display with twin colour backlight.Cons:complicated setup process, setting up password and master password a bit difficult as catalogue is in Chinese and broken english, battery provided with safe did not work for even a week, door bolt manually operated, could have been good if its was motor operated.Conclusion:A very good option in Sub-5000 Category. blindly go for it if you are looking for a safe within 10000 category.

I like product quality and it's shape and small size, you can easily place it in your existing cupboard or any other place, it's weight is almost 5kg. Customer service also call me within 72 hours of purchase for instalation and ask me if I have any issues. So after use of 4 days still I have no issues. Thanks to ozone.

The company would benefit if it could print a how to install brochure. The battery installation is a pain with the cover not opening fully. The screen has a date indicator that is in reverse but you won't know as you don't have any instructions for the same. Is there a way to preserve battery?? --Well don't know as I don't have an instruction manual. However, the product is sturdy and compared to Godrej, its better value for money. Its just that in India brands don't walk that extra mile.

The item is easy to use with clear instructions provided. All nuts and bolts and batteries also provided along with external power source and back up keys. Light weight and sturdy item in case you need to move it. Quality comparable to more expensive items.
