I purchased this item July 11,2024 due to good reviews and the water where I live at is horrible. I reached out to Waterdrop on 9-18-2025 due to the filter indicator light on the lid had died. I was prepared to buy batteries, a new lid or pitcher. The representative took my information and informed me he was going to forward my information to customer support. On 9/19 I received a phone call from Krystal customer service representative. I missed her call but she followed up with an email requesting more information. I then received another email from Krystal that she mailed me a new pitcher and it will arrive 9-21-2025.Everyone my new pitcher did arrive today and Krystal customer service representative thank you for your diligent service. Also I would recommend Waterdrop and I my cat and dog drinks this water. It tastes really good.

The product is really good. Water tastes really better after using this for filtration. I live is South Florida and the tap water isn't bad per se but it does have some heavy metals and suspended solids depending upon the city. Which is why I bought this. The eater filters very quickly as well, which is another big advantage.A few months ago the indicator light's battery started to go out. There's no way to change the battery so I contacted their customer support to ask where can I purchase its replacement since I couldn't find the item on their website or Amazon. The product was out of warranty so I didn't even bother to ask them for a free replacement. I contacted their support via their official website.Lo and behold their customer rep, Harper, replied promptly in my email and said they'll send me a replacement jug to remedy the situation! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. They didn't have to but they did. Harper went above and beyond in his/her service. And not just the jug, they also sent me two additional replacement filters free of cost too!Needless to say Waterdrop has been an amazing company with Greta product and even better service. Impressed and definitely recommend!

First of all pay attention to when a listing has multiple items this pitcher comes in 3 different varieties you need the one that is titled TDS reduction that is 21$ and has the LONG white filter in the pitcher the other two listed here are equivalent to the brita pitcher and both state DO NOT lower TDS this one with the LONG white filter took my taps 292 TDS to abstract zero not even a 400$ reverse osmosis machine could do that I praise this item also screw the filer on from the inside to the bottom of the blue lid or it will leak ran 3 cycles no soaking needed and water is a strait zero look at my pics I’m the ONLY one that shows the the TDS pics this thing produces the best water I have ever tasted cheers!

Like the pitcher and works well , have had for just over a Year and now the indicator light needs replacing and its is not available for this model so not sure I would recommend given no replacement parts hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

After a couple of weeks of use, I questioned the taste of my filtered water. To me it had a mineral or chlorine type after taste. Not over whelming, but noticeable. I emailed my question to customer service at Waterdrop and Rosie was quick to reply with various troubleshooting ideas. One of which was what type of water was my tap. I was surprised to know that this info was easily available from my county utilities page. I forwarded the info. Rosie did offer that soaking 20 min (not just 10) was the optimal--that can be corrected in the product instructions. But regardless, she ended up sending me 2 new filters for my alkaline pitcher. The 5 stars is primarily for the care and continued check in my Rosie! But I appreciate the 2 filters to try. After soaking for 20 min and following the rest of the instructions, the filtered water is better. My pitcher works just fine--no issues with lights or pouring. Oh and I will add that the instructions can be more clear as to how high to fill the pitcher. The water should not be filled above the bottom the the filter case. That might have contributed to the minerally taste too.

I have had my pitcher for over 3 years. It gets a workout all day. My water in my area is really nasty, how it looks and taste. With this pitcher, it comes out clean and tasting great. Recently, the sensor went out on my pitcher. I called and spoke with Rebecca, with water drop. She was amazing, courteous, friendly and professional. I was expecting to buy a new pitcher from them or buy another sensor but they sent me a new pitcher in just a couple of days. Our household is up and running again. Thank you Rebecca and water drop.

I already had a water filter system installed under my kitchen sink. However, I was continuing to get white residue/calcium deposits in my coffee pot and in my icemaker. It was disgusting! I got this water pitcher, and it filters EVERYTHING out of my water. No more white residue!!! I have searched so long trying to find something that would work… I finally found it!!!

’m really happy with my Waterdrop filter pitcher! The filter quality is excellent and the water tastes so clean and fresh. The pitcher itself is well made, sturdy, and easy to use. I can definitely tell the difference compared to other filters I’ve tried. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable water filter pitcher.
