Expect to "waste" a cartridge as you learn how to use it. Check YouTube, and find brewer to help.
I've only used one of the cartridges so far, and it worked fine. Almost in spite of myself the first draft of beer poured perfectly from my mini-keg/crowler. But then I did something wrong, so I wasted most of the rest of the CO2 charge. Oh, well. the quick start instructions could be a bit clearer.

These are good quality Carts
These are good-quality cartridges. Each one was threaded. The only negative was the box they were packaged in, which consisted of cardboard that was way too thin to hold its shape to keep it from falling apart during shipping (not the shipping box, the OEM packaging). As soon as you cut the tape to open it, the cart may end up falling out. Otherwise, these Carts are good quality. YMMV
