Great tasting 'Berry,' vegan protein powder.
Item as described. Tastes amazing, dissolved well in oat milk. I've struggled to find a berry vegan protein powder that isn't discontinued within a few months. Hoping this one continues to sell well to maintain its manufacture. Prompt despatch and delivery using prime. Will definitely buy again. Not a particularly thick consistency but filling and kept my energy levels up.

Tasty, fulfilling and no synthetic after taste.
I was looking for a product that was nutritious, high in protein but didn’t add too much to my calorie intake. I have so far been extremely impressed. The product is not overly sweet, which I love, it mixes well, and does not have any nasty after taste. I can truly say I enjoy drinking this product and will be buying again. Strawberry is lovely, I will be testing another flavour on my next order.

Used to be 5* Amazing Protein - Now just Bin Worthy
Dissapointed in the new recipe. Have to agree with a the other reviews. As I have also been in contact with FreeSoul CS who were lovely.Sad fact is they have actually changed their formula for their vanilla and chocolate powders according to consumer feedback. Judging from these reviews being a census of negative recently - it doesn't seem like it?I absolutely loved FreeSoul for 4 years. It was the only vegan protein that tasted bearable in everything. My most recent purchase was a new formula and I started to wonder why EVERYTHING I put it into from shakes to recipes tasted vile. It turns out the addition of the salt makes a bitter aftertaste and also it tastes highly chemical.Absolutely gutted they made these changes and now have to hunt around for something new. Hope this serves as a warning to others thinking about purchasing the product. Maybe they'll revert the formula with enough complaints.

Best vegan powder I've tried
I have tried many different non dairy protein powders (I find whey powder irritates my stomach although I do think it tastes better and is cheaper) but this one is by far the best I've tried to date.A lot of the other branded powders I've bought have reviews writing that the powder is 'amazing' and to my disappointment it tastes absolutely revolting. Free Soul was my last attempt at finding a decent tasting vegan powder and this didn't fail. I appreciate that we all have different perceptions and preferences to taste, but if you found Sun Warrior, Earth Champ and PHD nutrition diet plan powders disgusting, then you're in good company because I also did but Free Soul tastes ok to me. It's not the best taste in the world, but it is far easier to disguise the taste of than the other mentioned brands (I tried all in vanilla, Phd also in salted caramel, yuck).I bought the vanilla variety and use it daily in my smoothies but even with soya milk it tastes good. It still has a slight chalky aftertaste but it's much milder in taste than others I've tried and when put in a blender can become very fine and hard to notice. It also blends well with a shaker. My only criticism is that I think it's a little expensive for the amount you get but I will definitely buy it again nonetheless because unlike other major brands I've tried, I don't feel like gagging or holding my breath when I drink this!

Surprisingly good!
I was a bit worried about buying this after the reviews on here about the protein powder being grainy, but I have to say that has not been my experience. I just got this today and only purchased it because my usual brand (Garden of Life) is no longer available for some unknown reason. Anyway, I’ve just mixed 30g of this protein with 300ml of lactose free milk and 1 frozen banana in my blender and it’s really good. Tastes smooth, no grainy bits at all, just a nice sweet consistency. It’s low sugar according to the packet and my recipe came to 313 calories on my fitness pal. So, that’s a winner for me. The only gripe I have is the resealable seal wouldn’t close back up so I had to use clips. But other than that it seems pretty size and costs a lot less than my regular brand so good value for money. Think I might switch to this one just for that reason.

Can you take Stevia?
I lovED this product, blends beautifully, tastes great, kept me satiated; All was well UNTIL! & unfortunately, it drove my sweet cravings through the roof, & my hormones awry. Stevia & other artificial sweeteners can do this. Albeit stevia is one of the natural alternative sweeteners to sugar, it doesn’t come without its issues & for me it sky rocketed my cravings for more sweet foods & confused the heck out my hormones. Very gutted. On the plus side I give it to my dad who has dementia to get some protein, vitamins & fluids into him. Works for him. Though it is on the expensive side, he’s worth it!I want a cut if this goes off label for dementia please!

Happy with product
I use this item for extra protein in my diet, it mixes well and tastes good. Easy to use.The only negative for me is that it’s very sweet, really too sweet for me so I use my kefir to mix as this helps balance the sweetness. Others may find the sweetness fine and I need to add that it’s no sweeter than other protein powders I’ve tried, so probably my taste rather than product.I chose vanilla and it smells/tastes like it says on the packet.I think it’s fair value for money and a good quality product, will buy again.
