Dentist said that I should try harder to remove plaque.A Google search brought Elgydium up, so I bought it.It seems to be working.

THIS IS SIMPLY ONE OF THE BEST PASTES OUT THERE; I USED TO BUY THIS FROM JOHN LEWIS IN THE 80'S BUT FIND BUYING ONLINE VIA AMAZON IS EASY. MY DENTIST ALWAYS COMMENTS ON LACK OF PLAQUE AND IT MUST BE BECAUSE OF THIS PASTE. IT'S A LITTLE PRICEY BUT DENTISTS CAN BE EXPENSIVE. MY DAUGHTER STARTED USING IT (AS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR YOUNG KIDS FROM MEMORY) AND HER HYGIENIST COMMENTED ON HOW THE PLAQUE WAS FAR LESS THAN PREVIOUSLY.

Excellent for removing minor stains on teeth and gentle even on swollen gums. It also restores teeth to their natural colour after polish. This is also suitable for those who have braces and are not recommended to use whitening toothpastes or mouthwashes that contain alcohol as it can cause staining. It contains chlorhexdine 0.004% and calcium carbonate 25% as ingredients. This is similar to toothpastes with 1500 ppm fluoride rating.

Have used Elgydium for so many years I can't recall.... I try other toothpaste occasionally but I only use it for about a week and then have to return as my teeth just don't feel clean with anything else. My only piece of warning is.... once you've used it nothing else will ever match it , so be warned !

My dentist recommended this after I had stained my teeth dark brown using the evil tasting Corsodyl! It tastes good and my teeth are not stained. My gums are better too, which was the reason for using products with this active ingredient.

i have been using this toothpaste for a number off years now recomended by my dentist.i find it very good foryour gums and freshness of mouth.little bit more expensive than other toothpaste but worth it in the long run.

I have been using this toothpaste for years and am very pleased with it and its price.The fact that I have been doing so should bve evidence enough that I Like it.
