Aqua Merit converts the calcium crystals in the water into the fine crystals which gives a softening effect to hard water and makes the water sparking effect. This water not only avoids scale formation but also removes old scales to same extent. As per laboratory test report, this water saves detergent in washing machine and reduces traces of detergent on washed clothes.

It's not Eco crystal company original product, on sticker they mentioned IFB instead of eco crystal
The media could not be loaded. Duplicate product, don't buy. Please see the video and product images old original and new which I got. Will contact company and file a case in consumer court too. Just they are selling copy product which is not acceptable. Amazon should remove this seller

Completely ineffective Product, No Softness No Filtration!!
I'm using it for last 1 month in Automatic Top Load Washing Machine. I don't see any difference in softness of water. There is no Filtration at all. I'm still getting stains/white patches on my cloths. I've been using Surf Top Load Liquid soap, so no point that washing powder dust may come on the cloths. All in all completely ineffective product, atleast for me.

Got another product Aqua Appliance instead or Aqua Merit as mentioned by the seller.
I got a different product which says Aqua Appliance instead or Aqua Merit as shown and said in the product description, NOT HAPPY. Would not recommend. The item I received is not same as what was shown which makes doubt the quality of the product. I would not recommend this product / seller unless right information is put while selling it. In E-Commerce we buy what we see, so if we see one thing any another thing appears its not a good experience. Top of that not sure of the replacement / refund. Its not I need refund, I need the right product.

Bit expensive but easy to install
Product is very old(2015 December),dont know whether it will do its work of filtration or not.It was easy to install on my washing machine inletKeeping it,because i need it urgentlyProduct arrived very late,after 3 days of scheduled delivery time.

Amount of lint caught in the clothes dryer had reduced drastically, say 80%, making me conclude ECO Crystal which I fit in the washing machine is definitely softening water, and therefore preserving clothes.

Fake product, pls do not buy
It's a fake one and not fitting as well. We got an used product which was already open. It is better you visit IFB stores and get genuine one.

Waste of money
I used it for my dishwasher, but it did not worked at all. My machine is getting white resedue as the water is super hard. Total waste of money.
