I really like the premise of this and I will continue to use it as a holder but there are a few downfalls. I have a larger phone, samsung Note 8, and the weight causes the holder to twist in the lighter socket. Not abhige issue but doesn't allow me to place it exactly where I would like to. The charger is the 2nd downfall, it worked for about a week then it stopped working. The light is still on but the charging itself just cycles on and off. I have tried to use the charger without having the phone sitting on it thinking it may be the weight making the connection fail but it doesn't make a difference so unfortunately I cant use the charger part which was of course one of the main parts of purchasing it. The way my truck is set up its still the best way to put my phone somewhere so I will continue using it as a stand but disappointed that the charging isnt functional. The 3rd downfall is minimal and most likely attributed to the weight of my phone but the magnet is not as strong as I would like. It falls off sometimes if I hit a bump or rough part of the road but not all the time so its a minimal issue. All in all I reall like the premise of this holder and the functionality I was looking for but falls short on the charging and strenght of the magnet.

The gooseneck cellphone holder is pretty sturdy and the magnet is strong. It bounces a lot when the cellphone is mounted on it but it maybe due to my cellphone being large, (iPhone 7plus). It maybe somewhat heavy for the holder causing it to bounce when vehicle is in motion. It will probably work fine for a smaller, lighter cellphone. I still like the product and would buy another one.

I would say it's MUCH better than the one's that clip on your vent. The clip on one was worthless and fell off at every bump. It's illegal now where I live to hold the phone at all when driving, so I have to have a sturdy mount to use it for my GPS, This one seems to be doing the job. It seems like the magnet doesn't have a real strong hold, so I might have to get the clip kind that hold your phone. But so far so good, it hasn't fallen off on any bumps or turns yet.

If you have a small space above your cigarette lighter this won’t fit unless you turn it upside down because there is a hump on the top side of the plug that goes in to the cigarette lighter. So when you turn it to fit the hole, (with the top side down) it’s hard to twist gooseneck and the magnetic top doesn’t rotate as well adjusted like this. If you have plenty of room, a half an inch above the hole for the cigarette lighter, then this would be fine, not a good fit for my car. I’m using it but it’s awkward. It holds the phone well with the magnet, I would recommend putting the magnet on the outside of the case. Good quality.

I have been using this for about 6 months now. The quality is excellent, and the dual charging ports are a great feature. Seems like it would work in most cars.

Good price and works well. Was the perfect height for my 2017 f. 500e, to place my phone above the drive-select buttons. So placement wise, this couldn't get better. On occasion the angle and neck need adjustment to maintain perfect stability, but it's acceptable and not too bad. Overall I like this.

I was skeptical about it magneticly holding my phone with the case on but wow....so far so good! I'm really digging it! I put the square magnet on the outside of the case for more holding power.

I was very disappointed. This mount broke the first time I used it. I can still charge devices but have to be careful. It also would not hold my phone. Apparently it was only meant for those phones that weigh nothing. If your phone has any weight or you plan to see it removed from or turned in the lighter, DON'T buy this mount.

Magnet not strong enough, and difficult to get any leads in once phone in place. Used for a day and binned it. Pay a few more quid and get something decent. Would not recommend.

I was looking for something along this line of a holder. I have an Experia phone and it does the job, no issues with it slipping off. I also like that it has two USB ports.

This is the second one I have bought now. Not built to last. First one stand had detached from the charging device. Second one has stopped charging despite light being on.

Habe mir die Halterung für meinen neuen BMW gekauft. Magnethalterung super und Ladefunktion auch super. Im Lieferumfang sind sogar 2 Platten für 2 Handys mit dabei. Echt empfehlenswert.
