Affordable option with 5L pack
I am a Shell engine oil user since ages. Purchasing online for the first time though. There is no mechanic coupon as mentioned in the pack. Amazon packaging was good.Used it on a 1.24 lakh run diesel Creta 2018 model. The engine sound or diesel clatter was slightly less. No placebo effect as I am writing this review after 4K km usage. Oil level has stayed put more or less and so has the viscosity.For better results, I use Shell Power diesel after every two tankfuls with regular Shell diesel. You get a smoother response.

Amazon delivery services are worst for a prime user
My order is expected to deliver 1st march and still not out for delivery, i have already used shell before no issues with the product, only issue is with amazon delivery services, weekend got wasted, feeling disappointed and helpless state.@AMAZON if you are not able to deliver with in agreed timeline, please do not provide false assurance.

Using this on Hyundai i20 diesel for 10 years.
Smooth engine. Used to flush with truck oil to get a clean engine.Better not to use flushing liquids or friction reducing additives.
