I like Nordic Naturals. It's a great brand that I have trusted for many years. In the past I have taken the prenatal DHA and another Nordic Naturals version of the fish oil. My mood is better when I take everyday so when I saw this version, I figured I would give it a shot. I have been taking it everyday with my breakfast and so far the results are significant improvement with my concentration and focus. With ease!I will order again after I finish this bottle. (I have tried many "vitamins" to help with focus and concentration and many have not helped me or came with horrible side effects). This formula, for me is a proven winner! Note that the pills are large. I have no issue, but those who are not used to vitamins, may have an issue at first.

I have adhd and have always used this brand of dha, this time I switched to these because they are upgraded with extra benefits and ingredients. I will continue to take these and purchase more every month, they’re like medicine for me, but I was definitely shocked at the size of these pills. I can take pills fairly easily, several at a time if needed, but these are large and very hard gel caps. Not sure if I psyched myself up for it the first time or what, but I swallowed it and it got stuck for a quick second on the way down and hurt. I was nervous to take it again alone. I haven’t had a single problem since then, but it was an adjustment at first.

I bought these for my 19yo son for his ADHD. He was not able to take them due to size, so I tried them out because I struggle mentally as well ( infj). WOW. They give me focus, ability to make decisions and not sit and spiral like I often do, I feel organized and much more clear headed. And I am only taking one a day when I first wake up. For those with overactive brains like mine, this is a blessing.

I love these. I have mild-moderate adhd. These seem to improve my mental sharpness and ability to recall words faster. I am able to stay focused and on track to complete my day to day activities! Love this product and will be buying these regularly!

Package was fine. The box itself was fine. The bottle was fine. But when I went to open it, I had a hard time ripping the seal off because it was coated in much oil. Once I managed to rip it off, I got hit with the fishy smell so much so, I got nauseous. Then I noticed many of them dissolved and formed one big rock. Usually this isn’t an issue for me. I’m not sure what happened this time!But I will say I don’t get nasty burps at all. I do focus a bit better. Taste isn’t awful. Overall it’s an effective and beneficial supplement!

The review below was before this company decided to rebrand this product. They left all their loyal customers who had been taking this for a long time without being able to order as it’s been out of stock everywhere for over two months. If this company cared about their customers they wouldn’t just quit making a product and rebrand. I’ve found an alternative now if anyone is wanting it: Built By Nature Brain Memory. I take this now along with Ritual multivitamin that has some omega in it, I personally didn’t need need that much omega anyway.—- I’ve tried several other brain supplements before, but none ever did anything. I’ve noticed a huge difference with this one. I feel more alert and can focus more on daily tasks and pay more attention. One example is I love playing chess with my boyfriend and he used to win 80% of the time. After I started taking these he can only win about 40-50% of the time. We have been playing chess for years and it’s always been 80/20 or less sometimes and it’s not like I have been taking chess lessons or anything changed other than taking this medication. It’s amazing! I understand that all people are different, but I feel blessed to find something that works for me! It’s worth a try if you will get the results I got.

I have taken these before and never got dizzy, but with the last bottle I received I felt super off balance and dizzy. Use with caution.
