I have enjoyed the different challenges. I did whatever l fancied and have not done them in order but you could. Whatever floats your boat. Doing something is better than doing.nothing. I surprised how hard l was willing to work to achieve a good result

I bought this book as a treat for myself and honestly even though it’s a 365 day book I didn’t expect it to be as big as it is, it is filled with prompts and help throughout and offers very thought provoking pages. I have found this book to be very relaxing and I am always satisfied when I complete a page. Would definitely recommend to anyone of any age.

Bought as a present: when I looked through it it was full of great ideas and challenges.The person who it was bought fo was very happy with it.

Really impressed and enjoyed using different mediums, if you use pastels etc it's a good idea to put tracing paper between the pages as suggested.
