Bought these to help with Plantar Faciitis, unfortunately they are next to useless, the silicone ‘hump’ does not support or lift the arch, it would do better being inside a sock as being open at both ends means it slides down the foot when you walk causing mere discomfort and annoyance.The best thing I can recommend for PF is to keep your foot moving when elevated and bend toes back and hold for a few minutes at a time. Then squeeze toes forward and hold for a few mins, do not weight bear till you have done these two things so take 10 mins in the morning and do this before you get out of bed. Hope my advice helps becuse these ‘socks’ don’t….
