Kaysuda Bluetooth Conference Speakerphone Wireless Microphone and Speaker for Skype, Zoom, FaceTime

I have received the stereo, just like the description, it is black, and it also has color flash, which is very nice at night, it can be connected with bluetooth and cable, which is really very convenient. The sound quality is also good, it's very loud, which solves my problem. Size is only the palm big, n weight is not heavy, very suitable for carrying, cheap price, worth buying!

I bought and used this for a meeting where some people were online and there were four of us in a meeting room. Due to the pandemic we were socially distant in the room and I placed the speaker in the middle of the room so we could hear and speak to the people joining online. It worked well, no sound issues or microphone issues. Highly recommend.

Simple to work. Just plug it into the usb and within 30 seconds it’s on and working.The sound quality is goodwhile working in a boardroom of 12 people everyone who talked could be heard remotely and everyone in the room could hear the people remotely.

I bought this to be able to talk to my friends and colleagues while in Covid-19 isolation, without using headphones so that my partner and I could both join in the conversation at the same time.The speaker emits a high-pitched whine when active (i.e. when connected to a call on Skype, Teams, Discord, etc.). I don't think there's much in the way of echo protection because my friends have all complained about it while I've been on a call.The microphone quality is similarly poor. Possibly the most damning indictment has been (and I quote) "You know what your voice reminds me of? 'All your base are belong to us'." Need I say more.I should point out that this experience has been the same regardless of whether I used the USB or Bluetooth connection. Both were just as bad as each other.I will be returning this product and trying something else instead.

Not bad, but, It does not sound as expected

Originally I was really pleased with this product, it had good sound quality and I bought it to have video conferences from home during Lockdown. And after. At first it started omitting high pitched noises (very loud) for no reason which wouldn't lower on the volume button. Then it stopped working altogether. I have now contacted Amazon as this product is under warranty for a year to see what they can do about it. They use a third party supplier so originally said I would need to contact them. Then said they'd reimburse me and I could re-order. Which is what has happened. If the second speaker I receive is faulty....it will be another review with one star and advise no-one to buy it as it's a faulty product!

Used this for ‘Teams’ calls whilst working from home. Quality is good and for the most part usb and Bluetooth connectivity has been great. It does, occasionally, just throw out a very loud crackling noise for no real reason that only stops if you switch the device off. I *think* this is linked to a Microsoft Windows alert, though as this device takes over the audio function I would have presumed it could handle it. Decent enough but expensive in all honesty. Probably no more so than other, similar devices but that just means the price fits the current pandemic and doesn’t offer true value. £40 would have been a fairer price.
