Schar Ciabatta 7 Ounce (Pack of 3)

These are the exact same ciabatta rolls availability in grocery stores (if you’re lucky enough to find them!! (#1 cause it’s confusing if they’re par baked or not ) #2 I eat / use them like Kaiser rolls!! I can’t do gluten OR Dairy and it’s super restrictive .. these are all I eat now. For a sandwich, nuke it wrapped in PT for 5 seconds it will soften and fluffed it it was over vacuum sealed! For a hot perfect ham and cheese same thing !!! I cut in half use vegan butter and garlic pepper or powder put in air fryer for 5 minutes it’s awesome garlic bread!!! Yea it’s a little pricey ... but my sister was shipping them from the OBX to south fla so it’s a lot cheaper than that!!!! Grab em while you can !!

For some reason it took me a long time to try Schar Gluten Free products but once I did, I am hooked. This is the ONLY gluten free roll I have ever had that is soft and tastes fantastic. Thank you Schar for putting out such a quality product.

The rolls themselves are delicious! However the packaging has become poor - they arrived with condensation inside and became moldy. I do not know if it is a temporary issue - I certainly hope so!

Like all the Schar Gluten Free Breads, these taste great and let YOU enjoy the taste and flavor of a dinner roll, while being totally gluten safe.Just like a normal person can. Come in a four pack; which for us (both of us are gluten intolerant) is perfect, we both get two rolls with dinner and don't feel deprived. They hold butter just fine and other spreads too.We also take them to restaurants and tell them, "We are gluten free; could you please heat these, and serve to us?" We also took them on a cruise, gave them to the dining room staff, and they were happy to serve them to us. So we could have dinner rolls just like normal people!

Schar has the best tasting gluten-free bread but seriously the prices are way too high here. Individual sellers are pricing these gluten free bread and snack items out of reach. They are a great tasting option for people who need them for medical reasons… but it is a shame that individual sellers are charging 2-3 times what stores sell them for. I can’t keep purchasing them this way, even though I need them.

I really like all the Schar breads. But the Ciabatta is extra good with the best bread- like consistency. It's softer, has a good taste. For my Celiac disease diet, this rates much better than other gluten- free breads I've tried 🙂

I have been gluten intolerent for 15+ years and have watched the evolution of gluten free products. "Bread" products have greatly improved, but I was still unable to find a sandwich roll that was not too dense and heavy UNTIL I discovered these rolls. They are much more fluffy and make a perfect hamburger roll, as well as sandwich rolls.

I've purchased these from Amazon before and they were great. Wonderful taste and texture. I enjoyed them very much.However, my most recent order of these arrived on June 29, 2021 with a "best by" date of July 1, 2021. One roll already had mold forming. Seriously. I guess it depends on who fulfills the order. This order was fulfilled by some organization going by the name of Murfdawgs LLC.Amazon was kind enough to refund my purchase price after speaking with an Amazon associate. (Thus the three stars.) I'd like to order more but, I don't know if I want to take that gamble. (These are not cheap.)If you do order them, make sure you check the date! Especially if you reside in a warm climate as I do. Or, try to find them at a local market.Just don't expect Murfdawgs LLC to check the expiration date of the items they ship out.I hope this helps you with your purchase decision. Peace and good luck!
