I've worn tape-in extensions for many years. As I've gotten older I've found myself needing to install more pieces using single-sided tape instead of sandwiching 2 tape wefts. I tried several "brand" name hair extension company single sided tapes and found them to be shiny, plastic-y, and the edges roll easily. They felt like scotch tape honestly.NOT THESE. These are made of an almost fabric-like material so they are strong but very pliable. They are matte, not shiny. They do not roll up. They are a nice neutral dark color that easily blends with brown or black roots. I've even used these on top of a light colored tape weft (taped to the non-sticky side of the weft) to help blend the tape weft into my roots. These stay in place very well with proper care (avoid conditioners/oils near the tapes and keep your hair clean and dry.) I have pieces that have held easily 6-8 weeks which is pretty good for single sided tape which naturally slip faster than 2 sandwiched wefts. I find these are easy to remove with regular tape bond remover.I'm sticking with these from now on!

For starters, it’s not black but light gray. Second, I should have read the reviews because these do not stick AT ALL!!! I’ll never buy these again 👎

I use these to add a few hair extensions to my hair, which is thinning. That way it's not too heavy with two extensions taped together. These work great and hold for about 4 weeks!

They blend well with your dark hair but they do not last long. I had 3 wefts fall out within 3 days.

So these are most definitely gray single sided tape tabs, and not black, like the listing advertises. I had hoped that the seller saw buyer feedback and fixed their misleading listing, but nope. I liked the concept of having a darker tape because the clear ones are not as sheer as I'd like them to be and the corners tend to curl up over time. The top tape is one I colored in with a black sharpie. Can't comment on performance level of these tapes, but will come back to add my experience with them once I've installed new hair on my head :)

I’m a hairstylist and hate spending double the money for extension tape at our warehouses, so I order through Amazon and eBay frequently. These are GREAT for dark roots. And they stay very well. No shine.

They’re horrible. No Instructions, and no adhesion. Within all methods these failed! I had one off day and it depended on these the outcome. I hate the way I look rn. Nothing in the world is right when my hair isn’t right idc idc idc. All this time I waited for delivery. They’re sliding out. I’ve processed my hair tremendously for this and I’m left with money down the drain. I’m so mad I could cut all my hair off rn how much I’ve burnt through it trying to get just a BIT OF ADHESION OR STICK. Don’t buy these.
