Loosens up after first use
Difficult when opening the first time and then they instantly loosen up just enough after locking once! I almost returned them bc they were so hard to close the first time but glad I didn’t. Nice having a variety of sizes.

Unusable: Lids won't fit!
I think these are the worst designed storage containers I have ever seen! None of the lids fit at all. I realize that lids can be stiff and take a bit of strength to snap down the ends, but these don't appear to match at all. Adding to that problem is that they do not stack inside of each other at all. Most storage containers will. I tend to like the ones with interchangeable lids the best since matching lids to containers can be confusing. But these just don't work at all. It looks like they should, but they don't. They arrived in a huge box because, in part, the pieces cannot be stacked into each other. The plastic itself seems strong and durable, and there's no odd odors, so all of that is good. The sizes are nice as well with two large containers for flour, sugar, or whatever, and 4 mid-size containers. 6 total set (the lids count as 6). They do come with a nice set of labels. Truth be told, I have not read the instruction manual, but don't think I should really have to. The lids are totally insane and do not come anywhere close to closing on any side. I will send these back.

Sturdy good size containers
These are bigger than expected which was great! I live the size and how well they stack. I got two orders and they came in one box but one was cracked but the rest were great. They handled the issue great and they are a good addition for the price. The only con I have is that they aren’t the easiest to close. You got to have them on just right for them to snap on correctly. Once you get the hang of it then it’s easier but harder at first than they should be. Once they are closed though, wow it’s a nice seal! Good product for the cost it’s at. They come with stickers that are chalkboard material and a chalk marker to write them with. Works great if you don’t plan to get them damp or grab them ON the writing of the sticker. Put them where you don’t grab with your hand and the writing stays on muuuuuuuch longer.

It seems I'm the only one not struggling with lids
I ordered a set in May of 2021 and realized I need more so I ordered a second set in June or July the same year. I had literally 0 issues with lids snapping and being secure, not fitting, etc etc. I'm seeing many reviews now with videos of these containers not containing and I'm befuddled lol I obviously wouldn't have bought the second set if the first I had was poopoomanue. The containers are airtight, easy snap on, easy snap off. The toddlers have specific ones with their snacky snacks in the low cabinet and they can easily access their goods AND put the lid back on no issue. And this is including the small one that told me his hoodie was to heavy to carry and leaned to the floor to prove it. I say go for it unless the low star reviews are from some specific batch of defective products. Then I say wait or message me and I'll guide you to the other containers I also bought 2 sets of...

Lids are really hard to put on for the very first time
Things that I liked about this product:1) They are airtight. You won't have to worry about things spilling once the lid is on and secure.2) Great storage space. Also, it's handy if you're a baker and need to measure things accurately. You have enough room for the measuring cup and to level the flour/sugar/etc out.Now the bad about this product and why it can't be more than 3 stars until the product is improved.1) The lids are RIDICULOUSLY hard to put on apparently only for the very first time. I had to use so much strength to even close the lid. It definitely was not easily snap and lock. I had my husband put on one of the lids to see if I was doing something wrong, but he also had problems with it. However, once the lid has been secured at least once, every time you use the product, the lid easily secures. Still, my question is... why was the lid even that hard to put on for the first usage?2) This product is not that sturdy. Please be cautious and always hold the storage container from the BOTTOM at all times. That is where it is most sturdy. From the middle and up, the plastic is very flimsy. If you have a heavy container, there is a chance that you can drop and spill everything. If the lid is on, it probably wouldn't be too much of a problem.Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product because it's not that sturdy. Not to mention, nobody should have to struggle to put lids on. Even if this product breaks one day, I'd buy a different brand.

Works great
I read the reviews and was somewhat hesitant to purchase but did anyway. I must say my first attempt to close one of my containers was a challenge. But—I’m persistent and was able to close it. My second attempt was easier as was each attempt thereafter. I found closing the short ends then longer works for me.

difficult to seal
I haven't had these but a week or so, but they are VERY difficult to seal. I have to press down with all my might to get the lids to click--and I am not disabled. I have used similar lids before w/o problems. These are nice enough, study, and would seem to be airtight, don't leak. But, they are not something I would want to open/close on a regular basis. I have debated about returning, hoping they might be easier with time. If anyone has any tips, would be glad to hear them. They came well packed, etc. It is fastening the lids, that made me knock them down a star.Update: after using these awhile, I like them a lot. With time they are easy to open/close. Have held up well.
