Had to take off cistern from close-coupled WC. This was a good quality replacement at the join point. A sensible price.

Valve 2” coupler kit too small.

This item is good value and will do the job. BUT....there are different sizes and this doughnut washer may not be the right size for your toilet. The instructions imply that if the surfaces are all clean and you put the pieces together in the right order all be well. BUT IT WON'T because comes down from the cistern and then pushes up beside the inlet tube and pushes out further along the plate under the cistern. Plumbers putty/plumbers mate applied under the cistern will correct this and there are videos on youtube which show this. It would be a mistake to use the putty on the doughnut washer or the washers associated with the flushing system and inlet valve. But do use it on the plate under the cistern.
