Overall good vitamin, however I wouldn’t recommend it people suffering with bluffing, upset stomach and even mild stomach issues, because this vitamin does have such strong unpleasant odor. Not sure what it is but sure strong 💪🏼 and somewhat makes me cringe. And I am a plumber too!

Take vitamins every other day
These are very good vitamins but you don’t have to take vitamins every day.I take my vitamins every other day and still feel great.
