I feel better taking these, I think I was significantly lacking some mineral or vitamin these are not giving me. I did a ton of research before buying to ensure this was 3rd party tested (which they are). So many products have arsenic and lead in them that you have to be really careful - things that claim to be healthy are often times not, but Thorne has a solid reputation and read site after site and review after review and these guys appear to be legit and product quality vitamins. The only downside is you have to take 6 a day which is a lot of pills but perhaps that means this is higher quality with crushing it all down into one pill (maybe). I highly recommend.

Exactly what I was looking for.

Been taking for about a few weeks now. Notice energy levels being a bit more. These vitamins STINK bad though!

At first I thought the quantity needed daily was annoying. So I simply spread them out over two meals (breakfast and supper) so it really page a big deal. These vitamins are the best I’ve taken. I’m a month in and have a greater sense of well being, and just feel good. Hard to articulate bit simply put, these are great. Easy to dingers, easy to go down, they seem expensive but after a while you have to put your health first. These are worth every penny. I’m a fan of Thorne and will be trying other supplements from then.

got some regular 50+ mens multivitamin tablets, but when I took them, I would invariably get an upset stomach / nausea.I looked around for something that might not do that.Gummies seemed like one option, but they seem to have sugar which I didn't want.I trust thorne with other pills and was happy to find they have a multivitamin in capsule form.I started with them, and haven't had any sort of upset stomach or discomfort at all.I'll continue with these as my daily multivitamin.

I don't want to say too much negative about this product because I believe Thorne is a high quality brand compared to other supplement companies. However, maybe because the absorption is so high, I'm having nightmares from taking this stuff, and I'm only taking half the dose (three pills a day)--and I usually sleep like a baby. It's also making me very agitated throughout the day--possibly from too much vitamin B? Maybe I'm uniquely sensitive, but I wanted to share in case others are experiences this.I see a lot of people complain about the smell, and even thought it does have a smell, I don't think it's that bad.

I have only been taking them about a week but I think they are working. I seem to have more energy and at 75 that is a big deal. Some people say they smell bad but to me all vitamins' smell that way. No big deal. I will continue to buy them. Easy to swallow.
