Works great
This eyecup works on cameras other than Fuji. I have mine on a Panasonic G95 and it works very well even though it is not specifically designed for it. It is somewhat of a universal fit because it attaches to the hot shoe. I am not saying that it will work with any camera that has a hot shoe, but it will work with more than just Fuji. Even the eye sensor works as it should on my Panasonic. My only complaint (not enough to remove a star) is that it is a universal fit, meanig that it for both right and left eye users. I wish that they made one specifically for right eye users because it would then fit the curvature of the eye even better.

Nice eye cup
Seems well made, does the job but I’m not sure I need it. Probably great for glasses wearers but I don’t know if it’s an improvement or a difference.

Great, but one minor issue
This works much better than one I bought for the X-T20 which had a plastic add on adapter to go around the existing viewfinder, then clipped on that. It was always coming off. Of course, you can't use this one if you have an external accessory in the hot shoe. But 99.9% of the time I do not. So it's a great solution, stays on well, and is comfortable. This is really a ding on Fuji, who should have made the eyecup take accessories, like the X-T1 and above do.One minor nuisance is that it gets in the way of the top of the LCD, both from a viewing perspective and during a tilting operation of the LCD. They could solve that by using a rectangular style cup, like my X-T1 had as an add on.But overall, this is a very good solution and a very comfortable eyecup.

Not the best design
The media could not be loaded. The eyecup looks great on the Fujifilm XS20, but it is on the way of the screen so it would have been better for me if it had a better design for mayor functionality.

Great. Fit, but fell apart
The eyecup fit my XS-10 and it fit perfectly and worked well for three months. Then the silicon eyecup fell apart, i.e. split in two. I am not a heavy camera user. Disappointed because the SX-10 NEEDS such an eyepiece.

Excellent
Fits perfectly, and the cutout for the eye sensor is placed exactly right. It's exactly what I need for blocking stray light when I have my eye to the viewfinder. IMO it's the kind of eyecup Fujifilm itself should be supplying with its cameras.I hope that the manufacturer reads these reviews. Dear manufacturer: please consider making a _round_ X-T5-compatible eyecup. I have seen only one of these on the market so far, but its rubber piece is much too large. It should be smaller. You could do this—please do!

Great eyecup. Susceptible for loss of silicon ring.
I did NOT like the original eyecup, or lack thereof, on the X-S10. I ordered this as soon as I saw it available and I am quite pleased with one caveat. The eyecup fits snugly into the hotshoe (thereby rendering the hotshoe useless for other purposes). The eyecup consists of two pieces: a plastic frame and a silicon ring. These come apart. In the field.I carry my camera with attached XF100-400 at the hip on a sling strap. The camera can swing a bit and the eyecup, which extends quite a bit from the back of the camera, can strike against things. Each time the ring detached from the frame, I was lucky enough to find it on the ground near my car. After the second time I decided to glue the ring with Krazy Glue and this seems to have solved the problem. Also I now remove the eyecup when storing the camera and I am very cautious to make sure that nothing brushes against the eyecup while walking.I wish the silicon piece was rectangular rather then round. Otherwise a great product.

Great Addition to a great camera
Finally, the eyepiece I’ve been waiting for. Totally agree with 5 star rating of David J. This eyepieceseems study and well made and it will provide invaluable when shooting outdoors on a sunny/hazy day.As mentioned it slides firmly into the hot-shoe which as any experienced photographer will tell youshould be covered into order to protect those contacts from water damage. Its easy to attach and removefor nighttime photography or using the hot-shoe. Note: although it does not cover the eyepiece sensor on bottomof the eyepiece it does cover the diopter dial on the left side, remember to adjust it before shooting. To my mind this little add-on “rocks” and is well-worth its inexpensive price.
