Super stoaked to get using them
They are smaller than I expected but the light weight of them and flexibility are going to be a game changer for my entomology work. Super stoaked to get using them. thank you!!

Great!!!
I have some of these from bioquip, but these are a lot more tougher. These are not meant for plucking hair, entomology is the study of insects haha

OK, but wide tip forceps are more rigid than expected
Before buying these me and my lab mates were sharing a few pairs of bioquip forceps, which are very similar to these but a bit more expensive. So I ordered these to have my own pair. I was surprised when they arrived, I received two pairs of forceps, one is wide tipped as shown in the pictures and one is narrow tipped. I use soft forceps daily for handling live insects, and I prefer softest ones as more rigid forceps can damage the bodies of insects. Oddly, the wide pair I received is significantly stiffer than the bioquip ones, while the more narrow pair is nice and soft. I never use the wide ones as they are too stiff, but the narrow ones are good. So for $7 I got one good pair of forceps I use all the time, and one pair that I don't use. Amazon provides much quicker shipping than bioquip, but for $6 each you can get the bioquip ones. These work, but I will get the bioquip wide tip featherweight in future.

Good product
Using a forceps and it works great. From photo I thought it was 2 but only 1.

Kind of stiff compared to as advertised
The media could not be loaded. These are interesting. They don't bend all that easily as adversitised. They are a bit more stiff than I would have thought. They seem to pick up well despite not opening the best. They don't seem any more useful than tweezers I currently use, which aren't entomology tweezers. The ends aren't as long as I'd have liked but they were cheap, and for good reason. Really a cut and bent piece of metal. I'm not all that satisfied, but I mean, they may work. The thickness is okay. About what I imagined, but they bend back into place automatically instead of staying where I bent them.

Light-weight and handy tool.
I purchased this for my Grandaughter who is into entomology, so these light-weight tweezers will come in handy while working with delicate parts.
