How can i get a gasket for grinding jar ??? It has broken n i need tht very bad n real fast !!

I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been frustrating enough to share.I purchased this food processor with high expectations, but it started giving problems within just 6 months. Despite being under warranty, every repair costs me an additional 50–100 dirhams for pickup and delivery. It's already been repaired 3–4 times, which is unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to last years, not months.Initially, the juicer attachment stopped working, so I gave up using it just to avoid sending it in again. But now even the food processor jar – which I use for barely 5 minutes a day – has started malfunctioning. This clearly points to a serious quality control and durability issue.I reached out to Amazon multiple times hoping for a resolution, especially since the product has needed multiple repairs in such a short time. Unfortunately, their response was that it's between me and Philips now and they can't help – even though I bought it from Amazon, not directly from Philips. If I had known this would be the case, I would have bought from a local shop or directly from Philips where at least I'd get better support and possibly a replacement.I expected Amazon to stand by the products sold on their platform, but this experience has made me lose trust in both the product and Amazon's customer service. Would definitely not recommend this food processor or this brand – and be cautious about post-sale support when buying such appliances online.

The capacity is ideal for a family, quality materials, look neat on the kitchen counter, I've had it now for maybe a month, using it heavily with almost all functions and accessories, we're super happy. the organizer/storage/box thingie is a great idea, the speeds/power dial is great. crushed ice function is wonderful, most of all the power on this thing will cut through anything no problem.

I am happy with my purchase. The Philips product it works very good. It has a lot of power and accessories are very useful. Easy to use and I can clean it in the dishwasher. I recommend it!!

Broken slicer tray. Tray is very lite material.Grinder is having scratch and 2 rings developed as blades are touching Grinder jar.I don't know if we can get it replaced or I have to return the whole order 😞
