I have extremely long, low porosity Asian hair (1B or 1C), and over the past few years I’ve struggled with dryness and frizziness no matter what conditioner I used (even the red Tsubaki moist conditioner is not enough). I only recently found out about this gold Tsubaki hair mask, and decided to try it. I left it on for 10 minutes and used it instead of conditioner. My hair felt so silky smooth afterwards for an entire week, I couldn’t even keep a hair pin on! This is now my go-to weekly hair treatment. If you have low-porosity hair, GET THIS.

Gentle yet extremely effective. Extremely Moisturizing for my dry/colored hair. Hair is soft and shiny after.I do leave it on for 1-2 minutes post shampoo with water temp between warm-to-mildly hot.Then rinse off with cool-to-cold water.It does have a mild scent to it.Not overly offensive rather very pleasantly subtle.Yes, I recommend this product.

I have very fine, thin hair of “normal” porosity (natural blond). While this conditioner wasn’t developed for my hair type, it works amazingly and if you copy / paste the ingredients into Chat GPT you’ll understand how it works. It’s a pretty amazing formula - the smoothing and moisturizing agents are very “smart” vs. basic, and designed not to weigh hair down. I’m so impressed.

Package came a little soggy. Like it was so moist in there that the paper it was wrapped it and the outside of the product felt soggy and wet. Although the product inside the packaging itself still works as it should. My hair has a hard time absorbing hair care products and this one works like a charm. I’d purchase another but hope the packaging can be a little better.
