This is a good quality melatonin. I've had consistent good benefits with this brand. I worked as a CNC machinist on night shift (11pm to 7:30am), making it very difficult to get to sleep around noon, especially with me being a morning person. I'm now retired, but I keep this on hand for when I need it. It's not habit forming, but it's advisable to take a break from it for o few nights/days per month (depending on your sleep habits) to help keep it effective. Cherry? No. It tastes like you are chewing prescription drugs. Not even like aspirin, aspirin kind of tastes ok but this was just bitter medicine taste. On the other hand, it works just fine. So as long as you swallow it and don't chew or let it dissolve in your mouth you will be ok.

First one wasnt sealed properly so ended up not having them in time. When I did finally receive the second bottle they do not taste anything like cherry flavor should. Another brand i had previously was alot better so I will not being continuing with this brand.
