I love the Nutrisystem way! The diet is easy to follow and I love the food. Delivery is on time. I like this kit because I can also make my own dinners. Some kits are full 3 meals x day plus snacks. I've just started on this diet and am excited

These were old and some items smelled like chemicals, however, I ordered a month's supply. They were cheaper on Amazon than the manufacturer web site and I didn't have to get a subscription. I did lose weight and inches. Stayed on the plan 99% of the time. There was not a huge loss just a small one but you have to start somewhere. Managed about a pound a week and a lil less than 2 inches around the waist. For me, I got to see what proper portions look like and I think I needed that. Glad it is over now, but I am grateful it was available.

Have used this product for many years. These item were not fresh. The snacks were dried out. The soft cookies were hard as rocks along with the lunch and breakfast bars. The food was not good quality for this selection. Recommend the higher quality nutri system items .

The food allows me to eat sensibly.
