Delicious, nice balance of flavour and spice
The flavour is fruity, and you can taste the distinct flavour of Scotch Bonnets, but the spice is well balanced.Spice-wise: I eat a lot of chilies and spicy food, I find this to be a relatively medium/mild sauce.Flavour: The nice flavour but not too intense spice means you can use it fairly liberally on things.
