Ordered one. I couldn't make it work. It may have been operator error ... 🙄Asked for an exchange.This gizmo works nicely. I wish it were easier to do customizations, but it'll get the job done, as-is.

I purchased two of these in 2023 and they both survived, burning man and made our new clam. Art car look great. I’ve never worked with LEDs before, but these controllers with a little bit of trial and air Bluetooth up to my phone with the BanlanX app just fine. I really wish the application had more color patterns of chasing lights. Most of the choices are quite rudimentary and not usable. They could do a lot better by updating the app to sell more hardware. My three favorites were the rainbow, chasing rainbow, and asteroid I believe . For somebody that’s never used these before I could not have made a better choice for the price. But I certainly would pay more for better control. You cannot link up two different SP 608E boxes as far as I know, but the directions did not say what the 123 and four screw holes are on the bottom, if the producer of this product reads this review, please tell me what the 123 and four screw hole wire holes are on the bottom. Can two of these be linked up? I will add more videos to YouTub,e the clam burning man, 2023 art car mutant vehicle .

I'm using this controller in a custom-built Bluetooth speaker box, and it's working great so far. My only complaint, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that it can't be configured for the number LEDs in the attached strips. I'm using it with really short strips, and many of the effects don't work well because the controller is trying to control a lot of LEDs that aren't present, so there's an undesirable time gap between effects applied to the LEDs that are present. Please consider allowing the controller to be configured for the number of LEDs on a strip.

Everything worked without hassle. The app seems decent enough with quite a few preprogrammed scenes. The remote seems a little limited but ok.

I have a very complicated LED project that I had to do on my vehicle and the only way I was able to do it was because of this thing. The app is fantastic and when you need one of these, you just need them. If you need to be able to control multiple strips of LEDs, and especially if you need those multiple strips to each do different things, you need this thing.
