Okay for small
The mat is just too small and flimsy for any of our home gym equipment, however, it makes a great play mat and floor protector for our toddlers toys like their wobble board.

Great mat for a good price
I am using the mat under my walking pad.I like the quality and size of it. It’s a great fit for my use and I feel the price is justified.It has a nice thickness to it that would make it very comfortable to stand or exercise on it.My walking pad is very stable on it and it doesn’t slide or more around.

Cheap
I am not sure this mat is specially designed for exercise equipment, or whether it's just a generic mat that is labelled "exercise" to justify the high price.This is a simple black rubber mat. Not very thick.The price is expensive for what it is but I will keep it and see how I get on.At first glance, I am thinking I should have spent a few pennies more for a decent mat to go underneath my exercise bike.

Rubbish
I'm not sure why they are describing this as heavy duty, my yoga mat is thicker than this and it's basically the same material. This product is awful and not worth the money. I've only used it twice, the first time was OK but today I was on my walking pad treadmill and somehow the mat scrunched up and got caught up in the machine and pulled it backwards while I was on it. Luckily I was only walking at the time, but the mat is ripped and there are holes in it where the walking pad feet were. I am returning it as it's not fit for purpose.
