These are not drilled. They are however high quality. I have given them 4 stars because the drilled vs non drilled are not more clearly indicted in the title.

These were the size described and while you can probably stain or paint them, Don't plan on drilling holes in them. They are very hard and after attempting 3 of them, drill bit was Hot and small drill strained from the process.
